Keep all ingredients ready. Wash and chop all vegetables, fruits, and spinach along with its stem.

Mix all chopped vegetables, fruits, sprouts, spinach, salt, ginger, vinegar, olive oil, chat masala, cumin powder in a vessel. Squeeze lemon juice and mix well. Transfer to a serving plate. FRUITS-SPROUTS-VEGETABLE salad is ready.
