* Step 1

Keep all ingredients ready. Wash and greate carrots, cut the chillis.soak the moong dhal for 15minutes and drain the water.

* Step 2

Put the grated carrot in a bowl, add pomogranite seeds, coconut, coriander, soaked moong dhal, termeric, salt, Lemon juice and green chillis. Mix them well. Carrot salad is ready.
