Zanzibarian old donuts

Ingredient

6 teaspoons

sugar

3 cups

white flour

3 teaspoons

baking powder

5 teaspoons

milk powder

1/4 cup

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy not creamy

* Step 2

Combine flour, baking powder, milk powder, cinnamon, Cardamom and Nutmeg mix well

* Step 3

Add butter into your flour mixture and mix until resemble coarse crumbs and add egg mixture

* Step 4

Add milk and mix well until all ingredients combined well

* Step 5

Knead gently until forms cohesive ball if dough is too sticky add little flour until smoothly

* Step 6

Let rest for 20 minutes

* Step 7

Then rolling the dough the mark of your donut you prefer

* Step 8

Cut the design you like

* Step 9

Heat oil 350 °f

* Step 10

Fry your donuts both side to golden light or golden brown and put in kitchen towel let cool

* Step 11

When it's complety cool put in icing sugar and coat well

* Step 12

Store in lid tight container

* Step 13
