Daddy's Chicken Noodle Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Tear apart the chicken ensuring to remove all bones.
* Step 2
Heat Olive Oil over medium-high heat, add carrots, onions, and celery. Saute for around 7 minutes or until softened.
* Step 3
Add Garlic to the other veggies and saute for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Combine ingredients, except Chicken and Noodles, to a large pot. Bring the mixture to a boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Add Chicken and Noodles to the boiling mixture. Boil covered until Noodles are thoroughly cooked through.
