Ingredient

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

2 teaspoon

dhaniya powder

1/4 teaspoon

haldi powder

2-3 tbsp

ghee

1 piece

dalchini

1/2 teaspoon

kasuri methi

1 teaspoon

nariyal bura

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in Pan add grinded onion paste then and all spices.

* Step 2

Add potato slices along with needle water and Aloe it to cook until soft.

* Step 3

Serve hot with Puri.
