California Farm Air Fryer Bread
Weekly Bread, foolproof recipe, quick and tasty. Only 4 ingredients, water, flour, salt, yeast or sour dough starter: 5 minute knead, 20 minute rise on yeast, 2 hours rise on sour dough starter, 30 minute bake, 5 minute crisp.

Food ration :
2 people one week, 1 1/2 pound bread
Cooking time :
5 min knead, 30 min rise, 35 min bake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Warm breadform to handwarm in air fryer oven. Lubricate breadform with olive oil spray, rubbed butter, lard or margarine.
* Step 2
Mix lukewarm water with yeast or sour dough starter. Add flour, add 1 Tbs extra flour if using sour dough starter, knead till well mixed, add salt. Add Tbs flour if dough is runny. Wet flour makes fluffier bread. Flour dust kitchen counter, put doughmixer bowl with dough upside down on flour. Roll dough in dusted flour, put dough in breadform, let rise in air fryer oven, 30 minutes with yeast, 2 hours with sour dough starter.
* Step 3
When dough has doubled in volume, bake 35 minutes at 375F degrees. Done, but if you want crispy, spray loaf with water, turn temperature to max, bake another 5 minutes to get crispier crust.
* Step 4
Cool, slice in thick slices and then freeze to keep fresh for toast and sandwiches. Good for a year in the freezer because you did not use dairy or egg products.
