Curd coriander chutney

Ingredient

100 grams

green coriander

1/2 cup

curd

3/4 tsp

salt

1 pinch

asafoetida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the coriander roughly and green chillies in big chunks.

Take green coriander leaves and green chillies in a mixture jar, followed by salt asafoetida and curd.

* Step 3

Close with lid and grind to make a fine paste.

Transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve it.
