this recipe is quite an easy and simple than gajar halwa. Personally, I much like gajar halwa than gajrela, though gajar halwa takes much time and effort as well as much costly than gajrela this is my always been my hot favorite and gajrela is the favorite of my elder brother, mainly this is a relish recipe that most people love to eat

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add crushed rice along with ½ cup of water to the hot boiled milk. Stir to mix well. Keep on stirring for about 5-7 minutes on the low-medium flame to prevent lumps. Now put grated carrots with the remaining water into the milk and mix them together
* Step 2
Let them cook for around 10-12 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally. Once carrots get soft
* Step 3
Add sugar and stir to combine well until sugar is dissolved. Now add half chopped dry fruits and half reserve for use later
* Step 4
Further, stir to mix on medium-low flame until everything is incorporated. Towards the end adjust the sugar to taste and add kewra essence. Mix well and then turn off the flame. Gajrela is done
* Step 5
Transfer to the serving dish. Garnish with remaining dry fruits
* Step 6
Allow to completely cool down and then keep in the fridge for an hour
