Penne Pasta Casserole
This Lasagna Penne Pasta Casserole makes a perfect dish for your evenings. It is baked with goodness. It was so cheesy that my kids love it so much. I watched this recipe on fb but I tried it with my own additions. Hope you like the taste. It is a must try recipe as it is too different.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In oil add your chopped onions, when they get brown, add blended tomatoes. Add your spices and sauces. Mix mix mix.
* Step 2
In oil add maida and keep on mixing it. When the colour gets changed add milk gradually until it becomes a saucy mixture. Add pepper and flakes.
* Step 3
Add the white sauce into your red sauce and mix.
* Step 4
Add your boiled penne pasta.
* Step 5
Fry your chicken chunks in oil. I added peri peri sauce into it. It isn’t necessary but it gave a good taste to it.
* Step 6
Add your pasta to the dish. Spread chunks and cheese on top. Grill for about 15 minutes.
