Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, salt and mix.
* Step 2
Add egg, butter, milk and whisk until well combined & set aside.
Grease a frying pan with butter and pour ¼ cup & 1 tbs of prepared batter and cook on low flame from both sides until done (Flip when bubbles rise on the surface approx. 1 minute each side) makes 4 large & 10 small pancakes.
* Step 3
Drizzle with honey if you want.
