Tangy and Healthy Amla Chutney

Amla

1 inch

Ginger

1/2 Tsp

Cumin Seeds

1/4 Tsp

Hing

1/4 Tsp

Black Salt

2 Tsp

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash Amla and chop it into small pieces. In a blender, add amla, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger.

Next add the spices - salt, black salt, cumin seeds,

Asafoetida, and sugar.Add some water to get a chutney like consistency.
