Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the brinjils and cover with salt
* Step 2
Fry the brinjils in oil. and remove after 1-2 minutes
* Step 3
In 1/2 cup oil, fry zeera and rai
* Step 4
Then add ginger and red chillies, add onion afterwards
* Step 5
Add kari patta and along all the spices
* Step 7
Grind the tomatoes and add to the curry and add green chillies
* Step 8
Add fried brinjals into the curry, mix with the masala
