Ingredient

1/2 tsp

haldi

dahi

1 cup

podina

2 pinch

zarda colour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, heat oil and add zeera to it.

* Step 2

Add potatoes and cook for 2 minutes, after that add chicken and cook again for 2 minutes, add all the masalay afterwards.

Add bombay masala too!!

* Step 4

Mix it well, grind the tomatoes and green chilies and add them into the chicken and cook well

Add dahi and fried onion.

Mix everything well

Add aloo bukhara, hari mirchen and podina

Boil water with lemon, zeera and podina, addd rice and boil it for 4-5 minutes

In the pan, add oil and 1/2 cup water so the rice don't stick to the pan

* Step 10

Add a layer of rice, then the layer of chicken.

Add hara dhania and podina and repeat the process. add jayefel javetri and zarda colour, and cover the pan. cook in damm for 10 minutes
