Chukandar Gosht is also one of those dishes that I remember eating in the winter months when I was a child. it is truly delicious because the meat and beetroot complement each other so perfectly. It's also very striking to look at because the natural colour of the beetroot is so strong. I followed @cook_20987828 recipe, it was amazing!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gosht me tamam samam daal lein, 2 glass pani add karen
* Step 2
30 minutes tak slow flame pe cook karen
* Step 3
Jab gosht half cook hojaye to isko bhoon lein, jab oil nikal aye
* Step 4
To usme beetroot daal kar bhune, phir isme 2 glass pani daal kar slow flame pe cover karke chukandar ko cook karen, jab soft hojaye to usme hara saman add karden
