Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Tawe me oil daal kar usme lehsan adrak ka paste daal kar cook karlen.
* Step 2
Usme keema add karke usko 2-3 mins tak bhunay, jab keemay ka color change hojaye to usme tomatoes add karden
* Step 3
Keema or tomatoes ko achi tarah mix karke use cover karden or halki aanch pe 20 mins tak cook karen
* Step 4
Phir iske andar masaalay or qasuri methi add karen
* Step 5
Isme pyaz or garam masala daal kar achi tarah mix karlen, isme paani use nahi hua, tomatoes, onions or keeme ke paani se hi keema gal gaya
* Step 6
Jab dry hojaye to hara dhania or podina sprinkle karen or dish out karlen
