Put wheat flour in a large bowl. Add water and knead into soft dough. Make small ball. Then make parathas.
* Step 3
Add spoonful of filling in it. Now seal the dough with another paratha and round it with your fingers. And roll them
* Step 4
Heat oil and fry parathas, cooking them on both sides with ghee on both sides.
* Step 5
Serve hot with chutney and pickle or curd.
