* Step 1
Oil may onions or zeera ko fry karein jab onions brown hojay to as may paste daal kar bhoune1 mint tak.ab as may tomatoes daal dein or mix karein, Ab tamam masala daal dein, Achi tarha mix karein ab as may chicken daal kar cook karein 3 say 4 mint, Ab as may hafe dahi daal kar cook karein or garam masala powder bi daal dein. Chawal ko boil karne ke ley 8-10 glass pani may 2 tbsp salt.1/2 tsp zeera or podina or daalchini daal kar pani ko boil karein

Jab aalo gal jaye to as may curry pata or jaifal,javetri powder bi daal kar mix karein or 1 mint tak slow flame per cook karein or flam band kar dein
* Step 3
Milk may lemon colour mix karein.pan may 4 tbsp oil daaly as per boil chawal ki leyar lagae as per chicken qorma daal dein, As per tomatoes cut kar k daal dein or podina,Hari mirchen or dahi daal dein or half milk bi daal dein, As per chawal daal kar as per milk or oil bi daal ke dum per rakh dein 5-8 mint ke leye.
