Kofta Curry
These koftas are soft, juicy and tender yet stay intact and do not break. And the curry base is quite luscious and best for Eid days!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For kofta: grind all the ingredients with mince except egg. Usko bowl me nikaal lein or egg add karein.
* Step 2
Uske koftay bana lein. Oil ko garam kar ke usme koftay fry krlen.
* Step 3
For curry: oil ko pan me garam karein.
Paste or onion fry krenn
Whole garam masala add karein or fry krem
Saaray spices add karein.
Add yoghurt and fry for 5 minutes.
Also add crushed onions
Add water and cook for 2 minutes
Now place the koftay into it.
Cover the pan and cook for 25 minutes on low flame
