Chane ki daal ka halwa!

#salgirahmubarak #cookpadpakistan Special halwa for my kids, they are not a fan of kheer so I have to make this!

Ingredient

Food ration :

15-20 servings

Cooking time :

1 hr
1/2 kg

sugar

1/3 kg

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add chanay ki daal and 1/2 jug water cook it until the water gets dry then wait until it cool down at room temperature

* Step 2

Grind it into the grinder and make a smooth paste

Take a pan add ghee,green cardamons.Then add paste of chaney ki daal and cook until daal become golden brown with stir spoon

* Step 4

Then add sugar 1/2 cup ghee and cook and mix well in low flame.When sugar syrup get dry then add all dry fruits and mix well

* Step 5

Now add kehwara Essence,cook it 10-15 minutes.Now ready chanay ki daal ka halwa for serving
