Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat the eggs, add tomatoes, chillies, salt and chilli powder. mix it well. heat the pan with some oil

* Step 2

Place cheese on bread.

* Step 3

Pour the egg mixture in the hot pan, cook the egg well. place the egg on the bread.

* Step 4

Add salad leaves, mayo, coriander.

* Step 5

Cover the bread, place the sandwich on grill pan. switch the sandwich.
