Rainbow Cake in Glass

#ilovecookpad This rainbow cake just makes me feel so happy and by putting it in a glass just made me super super happy. I absolutely LOVED slicing into it to see all those gorgeous colorful layers! The best part is, this rainbow cake isn’t just for looks, it tastes absolutely amazing. You won’t have a crumb leftover. This colourful task was given by Sarosh Zeeshan as a mentor challenge. I love these small memories with Cookpad and my cooking experience! Link for the baking procedure:

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1/2 cup

milk

1/2 cup

cream

2 tbsp

sugar

1 tbsp

corn flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Squeeze the oranges, in a pan add oranges and cook them for 2 mins at low flame, add sugar and 1/2 cup water, 1 drop orange colour and cornflour. Cook again for 1-2 mins on low flame.

* Step 2

Cut all the sponges into glass shapes, beat the cream, put cream in the glass, then put the orange sponge and add the orange syrup made earlier,

* Step 3

Then add the red sponge then add milk and cream,

Same goes for the green one.

Put whipped cream on the top and mint if you like.
