#andaykafunda Egg halwa aka Anday ka Halwa is a delicious dessert that’s made with eggs, milk.It’s an easy recipe that comes together fast, and is an absolute favourite in our home.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

Desi Ghee

1 cup

Sugar

1 cup

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender, add eggs, ghee, sugar and milk, blend them properly. You can whisk it with hand too.

In a wok, add egg mixture and cook it on low flame and keep stirring it until mixture become thick and crumbly.

Cook until milk and sugar water dies up.

Add food color, cardamom powder and mix well.
