Egg halwa aka Anday ka Halwa is a delicious dessert that’s made with eggs, milk.It’s an easy recipe that comes together fast, and is an absolute favourite in our home.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender, add eggs, ghee, sugar and milk, blend them properly. You can whisk it with hand too.
* Step 3
In a wok, add egg mixture and cook it on low flame and keep stirring it until mixture become thick and crumbly.
* Step 5
Cook until milk and sugar water dies up.
* Step 6
Add food color, cardamom powder and mix well.
* Step 7
Add kewra water/rose water and give it a good mix.
