Bombay Bakery Cake

Ingredient

200 gram

Butter

14 Tbsp

Plain flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First Sieve together flour and baking powder.

* Step 2

Keep asideIn a separate bowl beat butter, sugar and vanilla essence till fluffy with electric beater.

* Step 3

Add one by one egg and beat.Now fold in clock wise direction sieve dry mixture in butter mixture with spatula.

* Step 4

Now pour mixture in greased and lined cake pan 9x9 inch.Now bake at 180 degree C preheated oven for 40 mins.or until done
