Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rice ko saaf karke 1/2 hour ke liye bigho dein
* Step 2
Pyaaz ko oil me brown karen, lehsan adrak ka paste daal kar bhune, usme pani dal dein or usme tamam masaly or tomatoes add karden.
* Step 3
Masala bhun jaaye to usmemattar or aalu cubes daal dein, or ek do min tak bhune, galne ke baad 5 min baad paani khushk karlwn
* Step 4
Pateele mein 1 litre paani daal kar 2 tsp namak daal kar boil karen or rice addd karen 2 se 3 min tak cook karen, half done hojaen to paani se nikaal lein
* Step 5
Pan me pehle half rice daalen, phir alu mattar ka salandaalen,uske upar hara dhania podina or hari mirchen daalen or phir duusre rice ki teh laga dein.
* Step 6
Thore se paani me lemon colour daal kar rice ke upar daal dein.
* Step 7
5-6 min ke iye dam pe rakhne ke baad ye ready hai
