Pan me 3 tbsp oil daal kar onion fry karlen, isme haldi powder daalen it mix karen, phir potatoes or chilli flakes add karke mix karen

Salt or zeera daal kar bhune 5-6 min phir green chilli, coriander leaves daal kar bhune or flame off karden

Isko small balls ki shape me bana lein

Ek bowl me basin daal kar isme salt, zeera, ajwain, baking soda, red chilli powder or water daal kar paste bana le

Aalu ko is batter me dip karke fry karlen till golden brown.
