Oil me onion ko fry karein or brown hone par usme lehsan adrak ka paste daal kar fryy karein.

Fry hone ke baad usme sare dry masalay or tomato daalden or bhun lein. Jab tomatoes gal jayen or masala bhun jaye lauki ko kaaat ke isme add krlen.

Chane ki daal ko ek ghnta biggho or boil karke ke isme daal dein. Phr achi tarah lauki or chane ki daal ko bhun lein oil nikal eye phr isme hara dhania or hara masala daal kar serve karein.
