Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For kofta: grind all the ingredients with mince except egg.

* Step 2

Usko bowl me nikaal lein or egg add karein.

* Step 3

Uske koftay bana lein.

* Step 4

Oil ko garam kar ke usme koftay fry krlen.

* Step 5

For curry: oil ko pan me garam karein.

* Step 6

Paste or onion fry krenn

* Step 7

Whole garam masala add karein or fry krem

* Step 8

Saaray spices add karein.

* Step 9

Add yogurt and fry for 5 minutes.

* Step 10

Also add crushed onions

* Step 11

Add water and cook for 2 minutes

* Step 12

Now place the koftay into it.

* Step 13

Cover the pan and cook for 25 minutes on low flame

* Step 14

Ready
