Dahi ne namak daal kar isko phent lein. basin ki paani se mixture bana lein or tamam masalay daal krmix karein. 5-10 minbaad oil me frykren or phulkiyan bana lein. or pani me daal kar rkahden. dahi me add karein orupar chaat masala sprinkle karein.
