Chawal ko saaf kar ke aadhay ghantay ke liye bhigho dein.oil me zeera or pyaz ko fry karein.jab brown hojayen to paste daal kar bhune or tomato or tamam masaly add karein or bhune
* Step 2
Masala bhun jaye to muttr cheel ke add karein.1/2glass pani daal lein ta ke mattur gal jayen.per as may5 glass pani add karein or salt check krlen.
* Step 3
Pani boil ho jay to as may rice add karein or medium flame per pakayen.jab pani khushk ho jahe to chawalon ko 5...8 mint tak damm per rakh dein.lo jee peas masala rice is ready
