Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gosht ko katt kar ke botiyan kaat lein. Or 2 glass pani dal kar gosht ko gala lein as may namak or kali mircchen aad kar le jab gosht gal jaye to pani alag krlen or gosht alag.
* Step 2
Oil garam kar ke isme gosht daalen or pani khushk hojaye to isme lehsan adrak daal kar bhune or kali mirch haldi daal dein. Hari mirchen or namak daal kar bhune. Pise hue timatr ko add karein or bhhn lein.
* Step 3
Zeera or sabut dhaniya ko bhun kar pees lein or gosht me daal dein. Pani khushk hijaye to salan tyyar!
