yeh hamaray punjabi gharon ki bht pasandeeda dish hai. iske sath hamaray ghr me hamesha se kacchi lassi banayi jati hai or pyaaz ko hath se tor kar istemal kia jata hai. paratha desi ghee ke sath bhi achal lgta hai or raat ki bayii roti ho to maza aajaye!!

* Step 1
Gosht ko achi tarah dho lein or isme tamam masalay add karein.
* Step 2
Isme oil or 2 glass pani daal kar pakne dein. jab gosht gal jaye to usko achi tarah bhun lein ke oil nikal jaye.
* Step 3
Palak ko achi tarah kaat kar or methi ko tor kar bht achi tarah dhoen ke usme matti na rahe. or usko bhune we gosht me add krden.
* Step 4
Isko achi tarah mix kar ke dhak dein palak apna paani chorega. darmiyan aanch pe palak ko usi pani me pakne dein. jab pani khsuhk hojaye to palak ko achi tarah bhune ke oil nikal aaye or pani khsuhk hojayeee. dishout kar ke makhnn rakh dein.
