Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beef or hadion ko dho kar usme 8...10 glass pani daal kar namak, sabut dhaniya, sabut garam masala, pyaaz 4 hisso me, lehsan 1 clove sabut, saonf, garam masala, adrak ke slice daalen or pakne dein. jab gosht gal jaaye or yakhni tyyar hojaye to nikal kar ykhni ko chaan lein.

Oil me pyaaz, zeera, or hari mirchen fry karein or brwon hone par lehsan adrak ka paste daalen, hari mirchen piiiissi wi or dahi daal kar achi tara bhune. phr boiled gosht add kar ke bhun lein. 4-5 min baad chani hui yakhni ke 5 glass add karein. boil hone lage to usme chawal (aadha ghntay bighoye hur) add karein. darmiyani aanch par pakayen. or dm p
