Karelo ko kaat kar 4tbsp salt me rakh dein phr dho kar chaan lein

Oil garam kar ke karelon ko achi tarah sukha kar fry krlen
* Step 4
Oil ko half kar ke isme pyaz ko fry karein or tomatoes or tamam samaan daal kar thori der ke liyr pakayen
* Step 5
Jab sb masalay mix hojayen to karele daal kar bhune or 5 min ke liye damm par rakh dein
* Step 6
Hara dhaniya add karein or dish out krlen
