Chilli Egg

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the eggs.. Cut each eggs into 4 pieces.. Now coat the each egg with the batter and shallow fry the pieces of eggs until they turn into golden brown... Now take 1 tablespoon soya oil heat it.. Then add chopped garlic pods, slited green chilli 's, fillet of the onions saute them for 3 minutes..
* Step 2
Now add half cup water and add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce mix them well and let the mixture cook for 4 minutes now add the fried eggs mix it well with the sauce.. Then add 1 teaspoon cornflour and mix it with the gravy when the gravy turned concentrated add 1 tablespoon vinegar... Chilli Egg is ready to serve
