Mushroom Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash mushrooms and sliced them thin.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and thinly sliced mushrooms. Sauté them for few minutes.
* Step 3
When mushrooms cooked, switch off gas and allow them to cool. When cooled keep some mushrooms slice and grind rest of them in mixer.
* Step 4
Finely Chop onions. Now heat 1 teaspoon oil and sauté onion in it.
* Step 5
When onion becomes translucent add grinded mushrooms in it. Add salt, pepper, water and milk. Let it boil and serve hot.
