Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take flour and salt and mix them together. Then add milk powder, yeast, chilli flakes, oregano and sugar and knead it with warm water to make a soft dough. Grease your hand with olive oil and keep it kneading for 10 min until it is soft and stretchy.
* Step 2
Once done make it to a round ball and place it in a well-oiled container covered it with a damp cloth. And then let it rise till it's volume doubles.
* Step 3
Once done, take the dough out on to a platform and then knock out all the gases and then place it in an oiled bowl and let it rise. Gently make indents with fingers all over the risen dough. Decorate with jalapeños cheese and olives and bake it at 180 degrees centigrade for 20-25 minutes. After baking let it cool before cutting.
