White Forest Pav Pastry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water and dissolve sugar in it and let it cool. Add vanilla essence.
* Step 2
Whip cream till then it forms soft peak.
* Step 3
Remove the upper layer of pav.
* Step 4
Make 3 layers of pav by cutting carefully horizontaly.
* Step 5
Separate each layer and pour 5-6 tablespoons of sugar solution on base layer, now coat the layer with whipped cream and sprinkle tutti frutti on it.
* Step 6
Now keep second layer over it and repeat the steps on second and third layer. On third layer don’t sprinkle tutti frutti. Coat with whipped cream from all sides.
* Step 7
Now cut it into four equal parts.
* Step 8
Now decorate and make design with whipped cream using nozzle and pipping bag and tutti frutti. Serve to your loved ones and enjoy.
