Grilled mushrooms and corn parcels

Ingredient

1 1/2 teaspoon

yeast

2 teaspoon

sugar

1/2 cup

warm water

2 teaspoons

oil

2 teaspoon

corn meal

2 tablespoon

mayonnaise

1 tablespoon

mustard sauce

1 tablespoon

tomato sauce

1/2 cup

boiled corn

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

oregano

2 tablespoons

grated cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In warm water add sugar and yeast and cover it, keep aside for 10 minutes for activation of yeast.

* Step 2

After 10 minutes, in a bowl take all purpose flour and add salt and mix well. Now add activated yeast and knead the dough. Add required amount of water to knead the soft dough. Now add oil and knead it and keep it for 1 hr at warm place for proofing.

* Step 3

In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce and mustard sauce.

* Step 4

Slice the mushrooms and mix 1/4 teaspoon of salt and oregano & grill it. Mix 1/4 teaspoon salt and oregano in corn too and heat it on same hot grill to evaporate extra water. Mix both and divide it into 4 parts and keep aside.

* Step 5

After 1 hr take the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts.

Roll each part to make circle by using corn meal. Now make triangles by folding from three sides, lock it by applying water.

Now put one tablespoon of mix sauce and one part of mushroom corn mixture on each triangle and make parcels by joining each vertex of triangle and deal it properly, otherwise it will open while baking.

* Step 8

Place these parcels on baking tray, apply butter on it with brush, sprinkle grated cheese And oregano on each parcel. Bake it at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

* Step 9

Serve hot and enjoy with family.
