Lockdown pizza without cheese and yeast.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all, we will knit q dough. From the above ingredients and keep it aside for 1hr

* Step 2

Then for pizza sauce, heat oil, add chopped onions, garlic cloves, tomato, salt basil leaves, and stir it for 6 -7 min untill oil Separates,. And after that cool down the mixture and grind it.. Properly.

* Step 3

For white sauce, heat butter and add all purpose flour stir untill thr raw smell of flour goes off. And add milk (at room temperature) slowly with stirring.

* Step 4

After that from the dough prepare pizza base and spread the pizza sauce and white sauce and add veggies, after that you may add oregano and chilli flakes.

For baking in microwave. Preheat oven at 180° for 10min then put the pizza and bake it for 15min at same temperature.
