Ingredient

2 cups

Wheat flour

3 cups

Sugar

2 cups

Water

3 tbsp

Pure ghee

As required

Almonds chopped

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai.Add mota atta and sauté on low heat till golden brown. Add sugar and mix well. Add 2 cups hot water and cook, stirring continuously, till the Mixture thicknes.add Roughly chop almonds.
