Custard Lava Cake

This a fusion of custard which we mostly eat as a dessert and a cake. Furthermore, to give it a lava cake style feel, I added blueberry jam and white chocolate chunks inside it before baking. No doubts, the taste was amazing and could be a prefect dessert for your guests.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

maida

1/4 cup

custard

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1/4 tsp

salt

200 ml

milk

1/4 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 °C and grease the muffin tray.

* Step 2

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, custard and salt.

* Step 3

Whisk in oil and vanilla extract.

* Step 4

Gradually add milk untill batter is well combined & smooth.

* Step 5

Divide batter in muffin tray equally. Place one piece of chocolate and 1 tsp blueberry jam into center of each bowl. Pour some batter on top too.

* Step 6

Bake for 20 mins and let it cool slightly before removing from the moulds.

* Step 7

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
