Masala French Toast

Breakfast is very crucial to fuel the body. No matter how busy I am, I always try not to skip my first meal.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, add eggs and whisk well.

* Step 2

Add milk, salt, pepper, onion, green chilli and red chilli flakes and mix well.

* Step 3

Dip bread slice in this mixture and coat it form both ends.

* Step 4

Heat a non stick pan & place the bread slice over it.

* Step 5

Cook from both sides.

* Step 6

Serve with ketchup/chutney/chai.
