California Farm Swedish Meatballs on Fresh Potato Chips
Kids love these as much as adults, a whole dinner dish from stuff kids have eaten before, and loved, no risk. Crisp the chips, then add handmade swedish meatballs on top , mixed with broccoli florets, or leek slices or onion slices, immersed in cream sauce and covered with grated cheese, baked golden, ready under an hour.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F degrees, Spray the baking sheet with olive oil, layer the sliced potato chips on baking sheet, sprinkle with truffle, pepper, salt, and olive oil, bake till crispy, about ten minutes.
* Step 2
Make 16 meatballs, brown in skillet in Tbs olive oil, ten minutes, then spread evenly over chips.
* Step 3
Brown flour in butter in cast iron skillet, add cream, mustard, soy sauce, warm and mix till creamy sauce, keep warm.
* Step 4
Steam 16 broccoli florets or leek slices ten minutes, mix with meatballs over crispy chips, cover with cream sauce. Top with grated cheese, bake 15 more minutes at 350F degrees in oven. Serve, Enjoy.
