Lasagna Soup
Found on TikTok, but did my own twist ✨ and easily one of my favorite things I’ve ever made 😋
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onions and garlic. Set aside.
* Step 2
Remove sausage from casing and place in a large pot along with ground beef. Hand mix.
* Step 3
Sauté meat until browned. Drain excess grease and return to the pot on medium-high heat.
* Step 4
Add in 1/2 stick of butter to the meat and melt it down. Then stir in seasonings.
* Step 5
Add chopped onions and sauté for two mins. Then add garlic and sauté additional two mins.
* Step 6
Add tomato paste and stir evenly. Sauté for two mins.
* Step 7
Add in diced tomatoes. Sauté for two mins.
* Step 8
Stir in beef consommé, chicken broth, and marinara. Bring to a slow boil.
* Step 9
Break up lasagna to desired size (smaller for me) and stir into pot.
* Step 10
Press lasagna into the liquid and cover for 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
* Step 11
Reduce heat to medium-low and cover for 10 mins; stirring occasionally.
* Step 12
During the last 5 mins, stir in one cup of heavy cream.
* Step 13
Remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 5 mins to allow sauce to thicken.
* Step 14
Top with cheeses and enjoy!
