Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut onions,potatoes & brinjal as shown.
* Step 2
Mix all ingredients and make a thick batter.
* Step 3
Heat oil.put a wooden spoon or chopstick in the oil.if bubbles form,oil is ready.
* Step 4
Dip brinjal in batter,fry untill golden
* Step 5
Dip onions & Potato strips on batter,mix,use a spoon to drop batter in oil,fry on both sides untill golden.
* Step 6
Drain on a tissue and serve with chutney
