Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the mango pulp in a bowl
* Step 3
Take a kadai and add water.Now add sugar and cook it on low flame until they form a very thick Syrup.The syrup should thickly coat the back of a spoon or spatula.
* Step 4
Once the syrup has thickened enough, add the mango pulp and cook for 3 minutes more, stirring constantly.
* Step 5
Cook until it starts leaving sides of the pan.
* Step 6
Put it in a greased thali.Let it set under the sunlight
* Step 7
Once the candies are completely set, cut them into small squares with a knife. Candies can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
