2 tablespoons

rice powder/paste

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the eggplant into thin slices.Marinate them with haldi and salt and keep it aside for 10 mins.

Take all the spices, baking powder,salt,besan, maida and rice paste.

* Step 3

Mix everything and make a batter.

Dip the eggplant slices into the batter.

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the eggplants. Fry till both the sides are red.

Serve with steamed rice and Dal.
