Bread –

¹/⁴ cup

Condensed milk -

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take an aluminium pan, grease with some ghee. Sprinkle some sugar over it and place it over heat. Cook till your get nice caramel colour. Dont burn the sugar.

* Step 2

Take milk, condensed milk, bread, eggs, vanilla extract in a blender & puree till smooth.

* Step 3

Now cool the tin for few mins.

* Step 4

Pour the prepared custard on top.

* Step 5

Cover the pan with foil or plastic wrap and place it in a steamer and cook for 25-30 mins.

* Step 6

Remove it and insert a knife to check whether the cake is done or not.

* Step 7

Now pop the pan in fridge and let it chill for 2 hours

* Step 8

Slice and serve
