Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a thali,Mix dessicated coconut with grated khoya,mash it together for 5 mins.
* Step 2
Make sugar syrup 200 ml water and 250 gm sugar,let sugar melt boil it for 3-4 mins.Just before 1 string consistency syrup ready,add a pinch yellow food colour,syrup should be sticky.
* Step 3
Add khoya and coconut mixture to syrup at this stage.Mix together for 5 mins on medium flame add cardamom powder,barfi mixture ready.
* Step 4
Take a tray,grease with ghee and set the mixture with spatula/spoon.Apply silver work and garnish with dry fruits.,let it rest for 1 hour.Our tasty nariyal barfi ready in just 10 mins.
* Step 5
After 1 hour cut in square pieces and delicious barfi ready to serve.
