Cheesy double decker veg grilled sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take all the chopped vegetables, corn and add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup green chutney, salt and pepper and half of the cheese.
* Step 2
Apply butter and chutney on 2 bread slices and on 1 slice apply butter and pizza pasta sauce mixed with vinegar and ketchup. On the chutney slice place the vegetables mixture. Place the pizza sauce applied slice on it. Then put layers of cucumber, tomato and potato. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Cover with another slice. Apply butter and grill the sandwich.
* Step 3
Once the sandwich is grilled, apply pizza pasta sauce on top and put both the cheese on top. Return the sandwich to the pan and cook covered with a lid for 1 minute or till the cheese melts. Enjoy!
